What will You like about this diet? 

  • Our diet is rich in various sources of carbohydrates (particularly complex), vegetables and fruits, dairy products, meat (if you eat it) and healthy sources of fat.
  • We have excluded products that a pregnant or breastfeeding woman should avoid. You should consult your doctor for any additional exclusions. If you have additional requirements, please leave us a note when placing an order or contact us.
  • Don’t choose low-calorie diets – pregnancy is not the time to lose weight – we can take care of that together as the baby will already be with you. Your caloric demand depends on, among other things, the month of pregnancy, the specifics of feeding, your age and many other factors. If your activity or weight is higher it is necessary to consume more calories.
  • In the first trimester, your caloric requirement is at the same level as before pregnancy – remember not to eat twice as much, but eat for two. The Institute of Food and Nutrition recommends a calorie diet of 1800 kcal for the first trimester of pregnancy for a woman with pre-pregnancy body weight – 55kg and low physical activity. Only in the second trimester add 360 kcal to standard calculations and in the third trimester – 475 kcal.
  • If you are expecting twins, the calorific value of your diet may increase by about 150-300 kcal per day – consider this issue in your dietary plan.
